Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily facility operations to ensure smooth building functionality.
• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems.
• Ensuring the building complies with government regulations and safety standards.
• Supervising security, cleaning, landscaping, and other service vendors.
• Monitoring and controlling operational budgets and expenses.
• Implementing and enforcing security, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinating space planning, asset inventory, and office allocations.
• Serving as the main contact for occupants and resolving service requests.
• Leading emergency responses, inspections, and safety drills.
• Preparing operational reports and maintaining building documentation.

Requirements:

• Holding a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Possessing SKA/SKK Building Management Manager certification at least Madya level.
• Having a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Building Manager or Facility Manager in commercial, government, or large-scale buildings.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of building operations, MEP systems, and government regulatory compliance.
• Showing proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and oversee multi-discipline operational activities.
• Proficient in report writing, budgeting, and using facility management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and tenants.
• Willing to be stationed in Penajem Paser Utara, East Kalimantan
