Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Technical Operations or a related IT infrastructure role (Supervisor Level).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SAP Technical Operations or relevant IT support (Team Member Level).

• Solid understanding of SAP Basis operations, including:

  • Job monitoring and background processing
  • Transport Management System (TMS)
  • User and role management
  • System logs, short dumps, performance tools (ST22, SM21, SM37, ST03N, ST06, SU01, PFCG)

• Experience handling:

  • SAP FPSL
  • EIM reconciliation flowgraphs
  • DWH staging and outbound data
  • EFS integration
  • Familiar with databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).

• Knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments.

• Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.

• Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.

• Able to work in a shift system or be on standby 24/7 as needed.

• Attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tasks according to the daily checklist and ensure completion.
• Execute and monitor background jobs, including inbound/outbound EFS processes.
• Monitor EIM flowgraph reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor SAP FPSL vs EIM reconciliation reports for data consistency.
• Execute and monitor outbound data transfers to DWH.
• Re-trigger and notify EDM team for DWH Staging Table issues.
• Escalate technical issues to Level 2 Support when necessary
• Display and review error logs, and inform the relevant stakeholders.
• Record incidents in the Incident Management system.
• Log and report if EFS is not accessible.
• Support system deployment processes.
• Back up team members when they are unavailable or facing issues.
• Document all tasks and activities in the daily checklist for traceability and auditing purposes.
