Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Student Admissions Officer. The responsibilities include guiding students through the admissions process for studying abroad, liaising with partner institutions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clear communication with students and their families. The Student Admissions Officer will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends and requirements while offering tailored support to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in administration, data processing, detail-oriented, hardworking
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work well individually and in a team
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Prior experience in education consulting, visa, agency, tourism or related fields is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
• Experience or familiarity with international admissions processes and education systems will be preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships with students and partners
• Proficiency in English and other relevant languages is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
