Key Responsibilities:

• Support to maintain and monitor the utilization of the Bank’s expenses and facility investment.
• Support to practice budget discipline and manage cost while ensuring the realization is within the approve budget.
• Support for managing any necessary reports or materials for Head Office Financial and Managerial Reporting.
• Prepare any necessary reports or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in banking industry or financial institutions
• Having experience in expense management and reporting related tasks
• Good analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets and ability to identify implications of data sets.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
