Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Coordinator, located in Semarang. The Online Coordinator will be responsible for managing online activities, supporting customer interactions, overseeing sales processes, and coordinating projects to ensure smooth operations. The role includes executing online campaigns, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, monitor trends, and improve performance
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external coordination
Customer Service skills to address client concerns and deliver a positive user experience
Experience in Sales to drive conversions and meet business objectives
Project Management skills for planning, organizing, and implementing online initiatives
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
