“As part of the External Business Relations team, the duties and responsibilities of this position include ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and policy documents; providing legal advice and guidance to management on legal matters; fostering relationships with government institutions; and managing litigation and resolution matters.”

Qualifications :

• A bachelor’s degree in law.
• A minimum of five (3) years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm.
• Understanding regulations of Risk-Based Business Licensing and OSS system.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of government regulations regarding corporate licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct legal audits, both internal (within the company) and external (including vendors and third parties).
• Ability to monitor and ensure that all corporate licenses and permits are valid and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
