Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Development professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The Junior Business Development professional will assist in the creation and implementation of strategies to promote company growth, collaborate with other teams to achieve targets, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, identifying trends, and drawing actionable conclusions
• Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and negotiate professionally
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and relationship-building
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
