Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Officer to join our growing team. The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, support staff and intern management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to fostering a positive and empowering workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll.
• Maintain and update HR databases, contracts, and employee records.
• Support staff welfare, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversee intern and volunteer administration, including agreements, attendance, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
• Assist with HR reporting, recognition events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Uphold R.O.L.E. Foundation’s guiding principles of integrity, empowerment, and sustainability in every HR process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience (preferably in NGO or education sector) & fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to gender equality and sustainability.
