Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Assistant at JAIM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing social media marketing plans and campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any new upcoming Social Media plattforms.
Creating and curating engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and analysing performance metrics.
Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimise campaign performance.
Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing and compelling social media assets.
Interacting and engaging with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates to foster positive relationships and drive user-generated content.
Tracking and reporting on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations
for continuous improvement.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to provide solutions rather than excuses.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms.
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
