We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Partnership Specialist to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships that support the well-being of women employees and their families.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to secure alliances with companies and organizations that align with our mission.
• Your primary focus will be on:
• Employee Benefits:  Securing partnerships with companies to offer our women’s wellness and maternity-related benefits to their employees.
• Hospital Partnerships:  Building strategic alliances with leading hospital institutions for commercial value.
• Venue Partnerships:  Partnering with various venues to secure competitive rates for hosting our educational classes, with a focus on expanding to new cities.
• KOL & Brand Partnerships:  Developing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and brands for mutually beneficial collaborations.
• You will be the main point of contact for all partnership development activities, including negotiation, contract drafting, and relationship management.
• You will play a key role in analyzing market trends, identifying potential partners, and developing compelling partnership proposals.
• This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the women’s wellness and employee benefits landscape in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
• Fluency in English is a plus
