Responsibilities

Are you the organized force that brings order to chaos, and the clear voice that connects the dots? We're looking for an Admin & Comms Intern who is ready to be the backbone and the megaphone for our dynamic B2B event team.

This is a remote role, where you can work at everywhere you are.

Qualifications

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Crucial for managing accurate client contact information, event registration data, and minimizing errors in high-stakes communications.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be comfortable with spreadsheets for data entry, cleaning, sorting, and basic list management of RSVPs and client databases.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Professional Demeanor and Client Service Focus: Must be comfortable acting as the company's first point of contact, ensuring all interactions reflect a high standard of service.
• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or relevant field
• Proactive Problem-Solving Mindset
• Experience in social media management is a plus
