PT. ZHAFIRAH MITRA MADINA' is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Accounting professional to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting services to support the company's operations in DI Yogyakarta area.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
2. Preparing and analysing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
3. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practice
7. Making payments for BPJS health and BPJS employment bills

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
3. Proficiency in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
6. A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic business environment
7. Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
8. Able to maintain honesty, discipline, and high integrity
9. Understand and be able to work on the payroll system
