Requirements:

• D3/S1 in Electromedical Engineering (ATEM).
• 2–4 years of experience in medical device installation, functional testing, maintenance, and calibration—preferably in laboratory or clinical settings.
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to organizational changes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 35001, ISO 15189, or prior involvement in accreditation/audit activities.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and equipment inventory records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting device issues.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and update inventory and documentation for laboratory and clinical equipment.
• Plan and perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment replacement.
• Install, configure, and conduct functional testing on laboratory and clinical devices to ensure readiness for use.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to maintain optimal device performance.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment status documentation.
• Provide training to laboratory staff regarding proper device operation, basic troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all medical devices comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in laboratory device technology and propose improvements or upgrades when necessary.
