About the Project:
Our new project focuses on a diverse range of high-quality coconut products, including raw coconuts, copra, charcoal, activated carbon, coconut husk, coco peat, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, coconut water, and much more. As we scale up operations, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative in the coconut industry—a sector with immense potential for growth and global impact.

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Supervisor at PT Indo Thai Coco Investama, you will play a critical role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow, and maintaining accurate inventory control throughout all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching materials and products.
• Maintain organized warehouse layouts and ensure optimal space utilization.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely availability of materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that arise in warehouse activities.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials.
• Perform regular checks on warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure reliability.
• Train and support warehouse teams on procedures, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, or sustainable industries.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management processes (experience with agro-industry products is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
