About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bancassurance Specialist to join PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in our Manado, North Sulawesi location. As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our banking partners, with the goal of driving sales of our insurance products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners
2. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner banks
3. Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base
4. Providing training and support to bank staff on our insurance products and sales processes
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials
6. Analysing sales data and customer insights to continuously improve performance
7. Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company's objectives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry
2. Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
5. Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business performance
6. Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
