About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Community Events & Partnerships to lead resident-focused programs and build meaningful collaborations that enhance the living experience at Wisma Atlet Apartment.

You will shape the annual community activation strategy , build partnerships with brands, government programs, and local businesses, and oversee the delivery of engaging events for our PNS resident community.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design and execute community activity calendars (health, education, cultural, and festive programs).

·      Build and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships with relevant external organizations.

·      Lead a small team and coordinate with building management and leasing departments.

·      Oversee budgets, KPIs, and program reporting.

·      Foster strong resident engagement and communications.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

·       5–7 years of experience in community engagement, events, partnerships, or property management.

·      Strong network with local businesses, government, NGOs, and brands.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

·      Willing to work occasionally on weekends/evenings during major events.
