Compensation:

• Rp 0 cash for the first 1–3 months (pure equity + profit-share)
• Full salary Rp 15–30 juta/month + performance bonus the moment we hit the next revenue milestone (already on track for Jan/Feb 2025)

Role Overview

You will own user acquisition for an entire region of Indonesia (we’ll assign you one province / cluster of cities).

Your two core jobs:

1. Database Building

• Scrape, research, and build a hyper-clean list of every high school, international school, tutoring center, and teacher WhatsApp group in your region
• Keep it updated daily in Notion/Airtable (we give you the template)

1. Outreach Execution

• Cold & warm message teachers, principals, and parent groups using our proven scripts
• Book 15–30 demo calls per week
• Close schools/classes onto the platform (free access → testimonials → paid conversions)

Who We Want

• Hungry, fast, no ego
• Native-level Bahasa Indonesia + decent English
• Already has experience cold-messaging or closing deals (LinkedIn, IG, WhatsApp, anything)
• Can work weird hours (evenings & weekends are prime time for teachers/parents)
• Believes this will be the biggest EdTech story out of Indonesia in the next 3 years
