WE ARE HIRING: STORE MANAGER FOR NICHIDAO SHOP

We are launching a new retail shop inside the NICHIDAO restaurant, specializing in premium supplements, sports nutrition, protein, vitamins, and healthy lifestyle products.

We are looking for a Store Manager with experience in similar concepts — Bali Buddha, Alive, Natural Food Store, sports nutrition shops, or other healthy-living retail stores. It’s important that the candidate understands the assortment: supplements, protein, vitamins, superfoods, and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and launch the shop from scratch
• Receive, control, and display merchandise
• Manage stock levels and create purchase orders
• Consult customers on products (supplements, protein, wellness items)
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and order
• Work closely with the NICHIDAO restaurant team

Requirements:

• Experience in similar retail stores (Bali Buddha, Alive, Natural Food Store, sports nutrition shops, or wellness-focused stores)
• Strong understanding of the product categories: supplements, protein, vitamins, sports nutrition, healthy goods
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and POS systems
• Responsibility, strong communication skills, and proactivity
• Sales- and service-oriented mindset
