Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Project Officer at our digital agency. The Project Officer will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring they align with client goals and expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, adherence to deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing resources efficiently
• Experience with digital marketing, including creative, performance, and social media campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
• Knowledge of content strategy and digital tools for managing online marketing projects
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively
• Proficiency in creating and managing budgets, along with attention to detail
• Experience in the Digital Agency industry is a plus
