Job requirement:

• Candidate graduate from reputable university (D3/D4/S1), with GPA. Minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduate all major are welcome (preferable is majoring Machine Engineering or industrial engineering)
• Candidate which have Experience in manufacture company minimum 1 Years (has experienced as Leader/Supervisor is plus point)
• Have good knowledge about PDCA, QC 7 TOOLS and 4M Management
• Candidate have decision maker, good analytical thinking, problem solver and fast learner
• Candidate must have Leadership skill, good communication, can work as team and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent skill in MS.Office *especially MS.Excel
• Fluent in english both written and verbal
• Willing to Work Shifting

Job profile:

• Monitoring production schedule and controlling production process to prioritize work in the next process in accordance with customer and business guidelines.
• Working closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth operation.
• Analyzes all aspect in production process are machine capability, target of production and Not Conformance Product.
• Make an report from analyzes data both daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure employees adherence to company policy (SOP, company regulation and safety rules).
• Identifies non conformance in production line, make an corrective action to delete the root cause.
• Responsibility of Health, Safety & Environment on the production line.
• Generate ideas, implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety & quality, reduce cost and improve employees morale.
• Make an evaluation of employee performance.
• Engaging & motivating, direct and coaching employees to reach the target and grow up the skill.
