Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Medan for a Senior Functional Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test strategies to evaluate software quality and performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and conducting functional testing, creating test scripts, analyzing requirements, and identifying any defects or areas for improvement. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and functionality align with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Functional Testing, Test Execution, and creating detailed Test Strategy documentation
• Experience in Test Management and the ability to oversee comprehensive testing processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate requirements, identify issues, and propose improvements
• Proficiency in root-cause analysis and reporting defects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with development and project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in functional testing or a similar field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools is a plus
