Job Description:

• Maintenance and servicing of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Able to understand and prepare  RAB ( Rencana Anggaran Bangunan)
• Proficient in operating the  AutoCAD system
• Operate hoist equipment
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Security and Cleaning Service teams

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems
