📍 Location: Jakarta Barat  / Hybrid (1x per week to office)

🧑‍💼 Level: Junior (1-2 Years experience in full-stack development)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications (front-end and back-end) under the guidance of senior developers.

• Implement UI components based on UX/UI design specifications.

• Write clean and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.

• Assist in developing and integrating RESTful APIs with client-side applications.

• Support the implementation of basic security and performance best practices in server and database layers.

• Help optimize application performance across different devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

• Support the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems.

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development, or fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Basic to solid understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with React is a must, and experience with Next / Remix js is a plus.
• Familiarity with Node.js-based back-end frameworks such as Express.js.
• Basic understanding of REST API concepts and HTTP methods.
• Basic experience or understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to solution-driven development.
