Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with factory operations and business goals.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development for factory staff.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain updated knowledge of employment laws.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting in coordination with finance and local authorities.
• Lead industrial relations activities, including negotiations with worker unions (if applicable).
• Drive safety culture and ensure HR support for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align policies and practices.
• Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and improve factory productivity and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Proven track record in managing HR functions in Indonesia, with in-depth knowledge of local labor laws.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience in union management and industrial relations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
