Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations across multiple departments
• Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and task follow-ups
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure workflow efficiency
• Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
• Contribute to internal process improvement and team support

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience or comfort working with design tools like Canva
• Prior experience in operations, admin, or support roles
• Interest in startup or fast-paced environments
