As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence and digital engagement of our beloved brand. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta office, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the heart of the city's vibrant food and beverage industry.

What you'll be doing

• Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute engaging digital content across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (static visuals, motion graphics, reels, videos, ECG, UGC, etc.).
  • Produce and edit marketing assets such as KOL briefs, promotional flyers, posters, and campaign materials.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity by monitoring, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and implement social media strategies that align with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Liaise with external vendors, creators, and KOLs to coordinate collaborations and campaign executions.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Support additional tasks as required by the business.

What we're looking for

1. Hands-on experience in content creation, including graphic design, videography, photography, and social media management.
2. Strong passion for digital marketing and social media, with a solid understanding of current platforms, trends, and content formats.
3. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content.
4. Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and executing successful marketing campaigns.
5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
8. Willingness to support other marketing-related duties as needed.
