JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure goods and services for MRO spend.
• Develop sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management.
• Monitor delivery schedule and due date PO to ensure goods arrive on time.
• Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
• Track authorizations and correspondence.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications.
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
• Ensure that contractor follows legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 3 or more years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain by adapting to change
• Project management and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate a professional presence
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Evaluating and implementing outsourcing arrangements
• Planning and leading negotiations
• Structuring and managing supplier contracts / outsourcing agreements
• Highly motivated, results focused, and act with a high sense of urgency
