We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management to join our data product delivery team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a Finance Data Mart, with a particular focus on Funds under Management (FUM) Reporting and Revenue Allocation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Gathering:

• Engage with Finance business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements related to Funds under Management Reporting and Revenue Allocation.
• Analyse business needs and objectives for FUM Reporting and Revenue Allocation
• Document requirements in a clear and structured manner for project delivery

Technical Specification Development:

• Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for the development team.
• Ensure technical solutions align with finance process needs and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with Finance stakeholders, developers, other business analysts, and the project management team to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular updates with all parties involved in the finance data mart delivery.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support the testing process by validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements and data quality standards.

Documentation:

• Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, process flows, and data models.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Asset Management
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, particularly Funds under Management Reporting and Revenue Allocation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Experience with data mart or data warehouse projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
