About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Revenue Manager to join our thriving Swiss-Belinn Cawang Hotel in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. As the Assistant Revenue Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and optimising profitability across our hotel operations. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse market trends, guest data and competitor performance to develop and implement effective revenue strategies
• Forecast, monitor and report on key revenue metrics to identify opportunities and manage performance
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise revenue and occupancy
• Maintain and update revenue systems and tools to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Identify and implement revenue-generating initiatives and pricing optimisation
• Provide expert revenue management advice and guidance to hotel leadership

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a revenue management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficient in using revenue management software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Degree in revenue management, hospitality, or a related field
