Campbell is a brand who offers wide style range of footwear for men, women, and kids since 1996.

Currently, we're looking for a passionate Ecom & Socmed team member to grow together.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online channels (e-commerce & some parts of social media) to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance
• Assist in online marketing expansion, achieving target, and brand building across online channels (e-commerce and social media)
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring all campaigns across platforms
• Research in popular formats or trends, promotion, and campaign across channels to identify potential strategy
• Assist in handling platform operations (campaign setup, banner, PDPs, and other details)
• Propose online strategy, monitor, and review performance
• Ensure product details, pricing, and inventory level

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or final year student from a reputable university majoring in Management, Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Strong interest in digital commerce industry (ecommerce or social media commerce is included)
• Strong written communication skills, attention to details,
• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for improved performance
• Proactive mindset and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and content creation
• Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or marketplace management is a major plus
