Academic Manager – Mobile Development

We are currently supporting one of our clients in the technology & digital education industry in finding an experienced  Academic Manager for Mobile Development .

This role will be responsible for managing academic programs, instructors, and curriculum to ensure high-quality learning outcomes aligned with industry and project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the academic team, including instructors and academic staff.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment methods.
• Ensure that academic programs meet organizational standards, industry relevance, and the needs of students.
• Monitor teaching quality through observations, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development for instructors.
• Oversee academic administration (student data, attendance, certificates, exam results).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with project and workforce requirements.
• Ensure graduates are equipped with relevant skills to support ongoing projects.
• Manage LKP (Lembaga Kursus & Pelatihan) permits and compliance with the Ministry of Education and related authorities.
• Develop and enforce academic policies, regulations, and discipline standards.
• Prepare regular academic reports for management.
• Drive innovation in teaching methods, including technology-enabled and project-based learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic management, training, or curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Familiarity with IT and digital education trends (e.g., Coding Bootcamps, Flutter, UI/UX, ERP).
• Experience with program accreditation, LKP licensing, or corporate training is a plus.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
