8. SC-400 (Microsoft)

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT Security, specifically covering Network & Web Security (Firewall, WAF), Endpoint Security & NDR (Network Detection and Response), Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR), Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management, Access Management (PAM).
• Willing to be placed at customer sites in Jabodetabek area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct real-time monitoring of security systems using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and other security tools.
• Perform initial analysis of incoming security alerts.
• Record, categorize, and follow up on security events in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform false-positive filtering and incident triage processes.
• Prepare preliminary reports and escalate incidents to SOC Level 2 for further investigation.
• Create incident tickets and archive initial documentation as part of the incident response process.
