Join Bali Swim, a global, fast-paced company operating at the intersection of fashion, tech, and entrepreneurship. We empower female-led brands around the world — and we’re looking for a Merchandiser Admin to drive both our B2B and B2C marketing engine forward.

As a Merchandiser Admin, you will support the Merchandiser and wider team by maintaining reports, updating SharePoint files, ensuring data accuracy, assisting with client & international sales, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update weekly reports, ensure data accuracy
• Run reports to support deal performance and availability
• Provide admin and analytical support to the Merchandiser and wider team
• Maintain deals, calendars, and compliance requirements
• Update SharePoint files and internal systems

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Relevant education with position applied
• Fresh graduates are very welcome (Entry - level)
• Has basic understanding of administrative task is preferred
• Proficient in using Excel or Spread sheet for data processing and reporting
• Highly-motivated, individual commitment and wiling to work as a team
• Proficiency in English is will be advantage
• Able to join immediately
