Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as part of the Customer Relation Division, based in South Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving customer relations by ensuring satisfaction and retention. Your daily responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, assisting with service-related concerns, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining positive client relationships. You will also identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction to effectively build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Support abilities to address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and empathetically.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service while ensuring a proactive approach to resolving customer needs and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional departments.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time management.
  • Previous experience in a customer relations or customer service role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is beneficial.
