Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor's degree of Architecturak Engineering / Interior Design / Management / Business / Marketing
2. Having 3 years experience in sales
3. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior / furniture / construction industry
4. Strong consultative sales skill with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ablity to effectively engage with clients
6. Familiarity with construction products, services, and industry regulations
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
8. Proactive and results- oriented mindset with drive to succeed
9. Capable of reading and understanding interior plans

Responsibility :

1. Ensure achivement of targeted revenue and profit
2. Ensure the realization of the targeted number and quality of projects
3. Implement strategies to acquire new projects
4. Foster productive relationships with clients and potential clients to gain an accurate understanding og their project needs.
