Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and to oversee all personnel management for our Indonesian team and support the company's rapid business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and contract management of local Indonesian employees
• Handle employee attendance, compensation, benefits, and social security-related matters
• Establish and maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in developing and implementing company HR policies and procedures
• Support headquarters' workforce planning and compliance matters for Indonesia operations
• Drive employee relations management and internal communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 3 years of HR experience in the retail industry and familiarity with Indonesian labor laws
• Fluent in English, excellent in Indonesian
• Proficient in HR systems and office software
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
