• Responsibilities

  1.     Oversee and ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and policies.

  2.     Perform regular financial data analysis and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the information.

  3.     Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

  4.     Identify and resolve emerging accounting issues and provide effective solutions.

  5.     Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary support.

  6.     Manage and ensure the company’s tax compliance in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

  7.     Prepare, calculate, and file monthly and annual tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT, Monthly and Annual Tax Returns).

  8.     Reconcile tax data with financial statements and accounting records.

  9.     Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and handle correspondence with the tax authorities.

  10.  Monitor updates in tax regulations and provide recommendations to management regarding their impact.

  11.  Manage tax administration, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Filing, and e-SPT.

  12.  Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams, as well as external parties (tax consultants or auditors) when required.

  13.  Identify potential tax risks and ensure ongoing tax compliance.

Requirements

1.     Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.

2.     Minimum 5 years of work experience as a FAT Supervisor or a similar position.

3.     A good understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and applicable tax regulations.

4.     Proficient in using accounting software

5.     Strong analytical skills, thoroughness, and detail-oriented.

6.     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a team.

7.     Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8.     Certified Brevet A and B.

9.     Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm.
