Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute member events, workshops, and brand collaborations
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, influencers, and wellness brands to create collaboration and sponsorship opportunities
Identify and approach potential event sponsors to support gym activities and community initiatives
Promote events through digital platforms, newsletters, and social media
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, setup, registration, and feedback collection
Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention through community-building initiatives
Track and report on event performance, attendance, and member satisfaction to continuously improve future activities
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, community management, or marketing — ideally within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry
Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
Experience working with sponsors, partners, or brand collaborations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through
Basic knowledge of social media content creation (e.g., Canva, Instagram Reels) is preferred
Passionate about health, fitness, and community development
Flexible to work on weekends or special events as needed
