Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Direct Selling role based in Karanganyar. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers for direct selling, providing excellent customer service, and actively building and maintaining relationships with distributors. Additional tasks involve training distributors, managing sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase product visibility and revenue growth. Employees in this role will work closely with the team to meet sales targets and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and building relationships with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to provide effective Training for distributors and partners to improve sales capabilities and performance.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
