Summary

The HR executive is responsible for the Company’s Human Resource and Administrative system and ensuring compliance with regulations and managing employee-related processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Update company policies and communicate any changes through announcements or dedicated HR sessions when necessary.
  • Manage and explore recruitment sources, ensuring the acquisition of the right candidates.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, conduct orientations, and schedule activities to ensure a smooth transition to assigned work sites.
  • Maintain positive employee relationships, addressing concerns and fostering a healthy work environment.
  • Process monthly payroll, submit BPJS contributions and PPH21 timely and accurately.
  • Manage all employee visa and work pass applications, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Checking staffs’ claims, ensuring completeness and timeliness of claims report submission.
  • Process HR-related documentation and prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Handle the company’s insurance policies, including travel, and fire insurance.
  • Monitor staff attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the company assets and resources are used for Company purpose only.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and submit necessary reports.
  • Stay updated on any regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant with relevant laws.
  • Assist in the application and renewal of all licenses, and permits required for business operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support HR and overall company operations.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • 3 years and above of human resources experience with Degree in related fields.
  • Preferable to have knowledge in local legislative laws such as the Employment Act.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications
  • Meticulous and good with details.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
