inventory, and logistics across outlets, central kitchens, and warehouses, supporting business

Oversee ERP-based inventory and supply chain systems.
Manage logistics flows between suppliers, central kitchen, warehouse, and outlets.
Lead and develop the supply chain team with clear KPIs and accountability.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous cost and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and manage supply chain risks.
Job Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with 3 years in
F&B/restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to quality and service
