Role Description

This is a contract role for a Legal Permit Officer based on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Legal Permit Officer will handle the preparation and submission of legal and permit documents, liaise with government agencies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and managing contract documentation, providing legal consultation, and supporting the company’s business operations with expert legal guidance.

Qualifications

1. Receive, analyze, submit applications, and monitor advertisement taxes.
2. Negotiate, coordinate, discuss, and provide survey assistance with relevant stakeholders regarding advertisement taxes.
3. Manage the archiving of tax documentation.
4. Perform tax calculations.
5. Willing to travel outside Jakarta for tax-related administrative duties.
6. Research and study prevailing regulations concerning advertising taxes.
7. Possess a valid Type C (Motorcycle) driver's license for mobility.
