Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests or visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel according to their needs.
  • Handle incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them accordingly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary forms and office supplies are available.
  • Provide accurate information in person, via phone, or through email correspondence.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and packages.
  • Follow office security procedures, including visitor registration and access badge management.
  • Monitor front office supply levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and assist in organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, and required documentation.
  • Record and monitor office operational expenses.
  • Support general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document copying, and document handling.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiar with standard office equipment such as printers and photocopiers.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle unexpected situations with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
