Main responsibilities :

• Collaborate with functional teams to develop and enhance system solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs to support business needs beyond standard SAP functionality.
• Review development processes, system changes, and bug fixes within SAP applications.
• Conduct technical assessments for new development requests and actively analyze issues to provide effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, including monitoring, controlling, and overseeing technical activities.
• Monitor and control third-party mandays and review technical support activities based on requests.
• Ensure development requests align with platform standards; propose alternative standard-compliant solutions when necessary.
• Review and optimize system utilization and technical performance.
• Stay updated with IT technologies and propose improvement ideas to management and team members.
• Monitor and control source code updates, technical documentation, and user manuals.
• Conduct application-related training sessions and system updates.
• Integrate SAP systems with other internal or external software solutions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information System / Informatics Engineering / equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role as SAP ABAPer
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose improvement ideas.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders.
