Believing that successful trading starts with the right education, Viction.id fosters confidence and smart decision-making for its learners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction, and providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, promoting retention strategies, gathering feedback, and ensuring that the customer experience aligns with the company's values.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction to build long-term relationships and maintain client loyalty.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and ensure alignment with the company’s customer-centric values.
  • Problem-solving skills, time management capabilities, and a proactive mindset.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English are beneficial.
