About the role
 
 We are seeking a talented HR&GA to join our dynamic team at PT Cell Corp Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Pasuruan Regency, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our HR & GA department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitor employee attendance & prepare monthly reports
2. Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan (new joiners & resignations)
3. Calculate and process employee payroll accurately
4. Manage employee leave & permission letters
5. Prepare HRGA-related documents and official letters
6. Create employee contracts (PKWT & PKWTT)
7. Manage end-to-end recruitment process
8. Handle purchasing of office supplies & operational needs
9. Take care of company permits & legal documentation
10. Be responsible for company assets
    Basically, you’ll be the backbone of our HR & General Affairs operations

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in the same position, preferably in a cigarette/filter manufacturing environment
3. Understanding of recruitment processes, employee administration, payroll, BPJS, and industrial relations.
4. Experience in General Affairs management (assets, operational vehicles, permits, security, and company facilities).
5. Understanding of applicable labor regulations and laws.
   Possess leadership skills and the ability to manage an HR & GA team.
6. Communicative, proactive, assertive, and able to handle employee issues professionally.
7. Ability to work systematically and in detail, and accustomed to producing neat reports and administration.
8. Willing to be assigned in Kab. Pasuruan
