Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.

• Has a minimum of five years of experience in a similar accounting and tax management role.

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge in auditing, tax operations and regulations, budget management, financial planning and analysis, and accounting processes.

• Is proficient in using financial systems.

• Preferably experienced in the big 5 KAP in Indonesia.

• Possesses excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

• Excels in time management.

• Has strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in both strategic and operational contexts.

• Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and can present financial information clearly and confidently.

• Is skilled in negotiation.

• Understands business operations and exhibits strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial and tax planning strategies and ensuring proper supervision and evaluation.

• Achieve departmental targets by managing resources effectively and efficiently.

• Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and insights for executive decision-making on investments, expansions, operations, and other financial conditions.

• Manage the accounting and tax functions to process financial data accurately and on time.

• Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax authorities (DJP), and tax consultants.

• Coordinate and monitor tax planning, reporting, and payment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government regulations.

• Prepare monthly departmental performance reports for submission to superiors and VP.
