Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
Minimum 4 year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
Have an ability of filling and administration management
Excellent command in English both oral and written
Good interpersonal and communication skill’s
Roles and responsibility :
Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director
Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events
Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director
Pepare the agenda and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director
Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date
