Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to be part of our team. Key Responsibility:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Planning, creating, publishing, and sharing new creative content every day builds brand engagement with the audience.
• Proactively spot trends and improve users’ engagement.
• Make reports on the effectiveness of the current content plan and evaluate the expected KPI targets on a daily, monthly, quarterly, annually basis
• Communicate with followers

Minimum Qualifications

• SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from any major.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms in the beauty or personal care industry (especially in men’s grooming).
• Have good copywriting skills
• Experienced in handling Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Have experience or basic knowledge in the Skincare and Beauty/Men's grooming industry.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/text), and communication skills.
• Have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Willing to do full WFO.
