Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Staff based in Surabaya. The Ecommerce Staff will oversee online store operations, manage product listings, monitor inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing online transactions, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales and customer engagement through various ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and experience in managing online retail operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and increase satisfaction
• Analytical Skills to monitor sales data, track inventory, and identify trends for improving sales performance
• Sales experience with a focus on meeting targets and driving revenue growth
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the retail or electronics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
